He has extensive experience as a practicing clinician having worked for the Roosevelt Warm Springs Rehabilitation Center, Maryland General Hospital, St. Joseph’s/ Candler hospital to name a few. Mr. Legrand has always been an advocate for patient’s rights serving as a Fieldwork Director for Kindred Healthcare’s compliance department. It is this experience that first led Troy to establish Grand Therapeutic Services. Mr. Legrand formed his first outpatient private practice in Lawrenceville in 2018, with the intention of providing distinguished therapeutic services for his local community. With the country grappling with a prescription pill dependency, Troy wanted to provide another alternative to pain management. To accomplish this he created a protocol focused on addressing PAIN, STABILITY, and MOBILITY. This protocol combined with an approach to treatment that focuses on active patient involvement, functional goal-setting, holistic patient education programs, and clinical excellence is the mission of Grand Therapeutic Services.
